Mr. Barney provides consulting and technical expertise, oversight, and management for all company projects. He has over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting and holds a Masters of Science degree in Environmental Science. Mr. Barney is a native of Virginia Beach and a graduate of the University of Virginia.
